I ran 8.5 miles today just to get my some mileage in before the Pasadena Half Marathon. I got to the Rose Bowl at around 8:30 am. There were 5 of us today: Gail, Megan, Matt, Godfather Sean, and I. I know Godfather Sean from the new year run but I never actually run with him before. Erin was supposed to come but she did not show up.
While we were running Godfather Sean shared some of his vast experience to me and I definitely benefited from that! One day I will bug him to get me in the WB Tri Team =P
